Dorrigo Country Market is held at the Dorrigo Showgrounds the 1st Saturday of each month. Dorrigo is approximately 1 hour’s drive from Coffs Harbour and only 30 minutes from Bellingen. Dorrigo Plateau is home to a huge arts and culture community and you’ll find evidence of this at the Dorrigo Market when you wander around the stalls. Fibre artists, paper makers, metal workers, sculptors, graphic artists, writers, musicians and thespians, all call Dorrigo and surrounding country side home and they love nothing more than displaying their talents at the markets.
It’s a country market with a warm country atmosphere. Where you can get local produce and homemade goodies along with many other tasty treats such as home made yoghurt and fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables straight from the growers, coffee beans, pickles and preserves, cakes and slices, liqueurs and vodkas, honey, meat and poultry. There is a variety of hot foods for a snack while strolling around the market as well. Variety good such as plants, hand made jewellery, ceramic art, and pre-loved clothing and bric-a-brac as well as live music and entertainment throughout the morning.
